We're pleased to announce that our application for Symbian^3 and MeeGo is now available across a wider range of Nokia phone models.

While the earlier version of the LiveJournal application was available only for Symbian^3 Belle mobile phones, the new version is now available on Symbian^3 Anna and Symbian^3 PS1 platforms.

Great news for owners of Nokia mobile phones: our official free LiveJournal app is now available in the Nokia Store.

The application works on the following platforms:

We've recently updated our iPhone/iPad app to version 1.1.0! Big additions in this version include the ability to read any journals and support for YouTube and Vimeo video media.

Paid and Permanent users can read their Friends page, comments, and other journals using a style designed specifically for the iPad. You can select this style from the iPad journal style category. This theme can also be found by browsing the 'Premium' journal style category.



You can also view the journals and communities you visit on LiveJournal in the same iPad style. To do so, enable the 'View in own style' checkbox located in the Navigation Strip at the top of a community page. This feature can also be activated by enabling the 'View all journals and communities in my own style' checkbox located on the Account Settings page.

This new style is only available to Paid and Permanent accounts. Visit the LiveJournal Shop to learn more about Paid user accounts.
